§01 · What you get

Six parts, in this order.

Each step feeds the next. Start with the baseline alone, or take it as part of the monthly program.

  1. 01

    AI visibility baseline

I run the questions your buyers ask through ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews. You see what they say about you, where you’re missing, and who is taking your place.

    • Buyer prompt list
    • Citation and mention counts
    • Competitor share
  2. 02

    Technical access

AI crawlers need to reach and read your pages. I check crawler rules, rendering, llms.txt and schema, and hand your developer a short fix list.

    • AI crawler access
    • llms.txt
    • Schema markup
    • Rendering check
  3. 03

    Citable pages

I rewrite key pages so a model can lift a clean answer: the answer first, defined terms, tables, and numbers with sources.

    • Answer-first passages
    • Comparison tables
    • Sourced statistics
    • FAQ sections
  4. 04

    Pages for missing prompts

Where competitors get cited and you don’t, I write the page that should be the answer. Often that’s a comparison or alternatives page.

    • Comparison pages
    • Alternatives pages
    • Category guides
  5. 05

    Accurate facts

AI answers repeat whatever your pages say, old prices included. I keep your prices, features and claims current, including right after you ship something new.

    • Pricing and feature updates
    • Claim checks
    • Fixes when an answer is wrong
  6. 06

    Monthly tracking

A monthly scorecard of citations, rankings and AI referral traffic, written so leadership can read it in two minutes.

    • Citation scorecard
    • AI referral traffic
    • Next month’s priorities

§02 · Questions

Before you send the brief.

What buyers ask most about GEO. Anything else, ask in the brief.

What is GEO?

Generative engine optimization is the work of getting your pages quoted in AI answers. When a buyer asks an AI tool which product to use, GEO aims to make your page one of the sources.

What is the difference between AEO and GEO?

Very little in practice. Both describe getting your pages quoted in AI-generated answers, and I treat them as one job.

How is GEO different from SEO?

SEO earns a place in the list of links. GEO earns a place inside the answer. They share most of the groundwork, so I run them together. See SEO content for the search side.

Which AI platforms do you cover?

ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google’s AI Overviews. The baseline shows which of them matter most for your buyers. They don’t cite the same pages: see what 57 ChatGPT citations show.

Can you guarantee citations?

No. Nobody controls what an AI model cites. I commit to the work and report what changes each month.

How do you measure results?

By citations: how many tracked prompts cite your pages, on which platforms, and which pages they cite. I also track rankings, AI referral traffic and leads from search.

How long does it take?

Technical fixes can show up once your pages are recrawled. Citations from new or rewritten pages take longer, so plan in months, not weeks.

What do you need from me?

Access to Search Console and analytics, and someone who can change the site. Then a short call about who buys from you and what they ask.

§Contact

Send me the brief.

Tell me what you sell, who buys it, and what you need written. I take a few freelance projects at a time and work remotely.
