§Services
SaaS SEO and GEO, handled every month.
One monthly program for SaaS and e-commerce teams. It covers the content that ranks, the fixes that keep it ranking, and your place in AI answers.
§01 · The monthly program
What you get each month.
Search traffic leaks in more than one place, so six areas of work run side by side. Each one closes a different gap.

01
Content that ranks
Content works when every page has one job: a search it should win. I map the searches your buyers make, from their first question to their final shortlist, and give each one a page.
That map decides what gets written, merged or left alone. Comparison pages come early, because they reach buyers closest to a decision. Free tools follow, because people search for them and link to them.
- Keyword map, with every page matched to a search
- In-depth articles on what buyers search
- “Alternatives” and “vs” pages
- Free tools, like calculators and generators
-
02
Pages that keep working
Rankings leak quietly. A redirect breaks, a redesign overwrites a title, or a page drops out of Google’s index. Nobody notices until traffic dips.
I fix the pages you already have before writing anything new. Daily checks catch fresh problems the day they appear. Pages sitting just off page one get reworked first, since they’re usually the quickest wins.
- Fixes to titles, internal links, speed and redirects
- Daily checks for new breakages
- Indexing checks on every page
- Page 2 pages reworked for page 1
-
03
Facts that stay true
Your product is described in many places: pricing, comparisons, help articles, old blog posts. When you change a price or ship a feature, many of those pages keep saying the old thing.
Search results quote the old version. So do AI answers, which repeat whatever your pages say. I keep prices, features and claims current across the site, and check them again after every launch.
- Prices and plans checked on every page
- Feature claims matched to the product
- Updates right after each launch

AI answers (AEO & GEO)
Buyers can now ask ChatGPT or Perplexity which tool to use, and Google answers many searches with an AI Overview. Being cited is a start. Being named as the pick is what puts you on the shortlist.
Each month I run your buyers’ questions through those tools and record whether you’re cited, named or missing. When an answer gets you wrong or leaves you out, I fix the pages it draws from. See how this played out at Helply.
- Monthly tracking across ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google
- Cited and named, measured separately
- Fixes to the pages AI answers draw from
-
05
Reach
Strong pages still need other sites to point to them. In my ChatGPT citation test, review directories and comparison sites supplied 25 of the 57 citations.
I list you in the directories buyers check and pitch the sites that already write about your space. Each new article also comes with social posts, ready to publish.
- Directory submissions
- Outreach pitches to sites in your space
- Social posts for every new article
-
06
Reporting and competitor watch
A report only helps if someone reads it. Mine is weekly, short, and written for whoever signs off the budget: what changed, what moved and what comes next.
Once a month we talk it through on a call. I also watch your competitors: what they publish, which searches they gain, and where they’re pulling ahead.
- Weekly report
- Monthly call
- Competitor watch: new pages and ranking gains

Every engagement is scoped and priced after the brief, once the work is clear. Send the brief to start.
§04 · Questions
Before you send the brief.
What buyers ask most about the monthly program.
Can I start with part of the program?
Yes. Most areas of work can start on their own, and an audit is a good first step if you’re unsure where to begin.
How soon will I see results?
Fixes and indexing changes can show within weeks. Rankings from new content take months. The weekly report shows what moved either way.
Is it only for SaaS?
It’s built for SaaS and e-commerce teams. For stores, the work centres on product and category pages instead of feature pages.
What do you need from us?
Access to Search Console, analytics and your site, plus someone who can answer product questions and tell me before something new ships.
§Contact
Send me the brief.
Tell me what you sell, who buys it, and what you need written. I take a few freelance projects at a time and work remotely.
