§Privacy
Privacy, briefly.
What this site collects, why, and how to have it deleted. Last updated 1 October 2026.
Who I am
This site belongs to Bildad Oyugi, a freelance content marketer. For anything on this page, email bildad@theuntitledmedia.com.
What I collect
A brief gives me your name, email address, company website, chosen service, timeline and the brief itself. An email gives me whatever it contains.
I don’t ask for anything else, and I don’t buy contact lists.
Why I use it
Only to reply to you and discuss the work. I won’t add you to a mailing list, and I don’t sell or share your details for marketing.
Where it is stored
The site is hosted by Netlify, which also processes the brief form. Email runs on Google Workspace. Both may store data on servers in other countries, including the United States.
Netlify keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses and browser types, to run and protect the site.
How long I keep it
Briefs and emails that don’t lead to work are deleted within 12 months of our last exchange. If we work together, I keep project correspondence for as long as the contract and tax records require.
Analytics and fonts
This site uses no analytics and no advertising cookies.
Fonts load from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when your browser requests them.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your details, a correction, or deletion. Email me and I’ll act on it. You can also complain to the data protection authority where you live.
